Introducing the Port Perry K9 Behavior Clinic at True North K9 Training! Join us from March 15th to 26th, 2027, for balanced training focused on reliable behaviors in your dogs. With only 6 slots available per day, Monday to Friday, don’t miss out on our community training day on Thursday, March 25th. If you're facing challenges with your dog, book your session today to secure your spot and improve your canine's behavior! 25% Session Deposit at checkout. The standard cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Window: We understand that life happens. However, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee or require a $50 rescheduling fee. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us and let us know so we can accommodate your needs. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Punctuality: Sessions are 60 minutes of intensive work. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's slot. Safety & Liability: All dogs must be on a secure leash upon arrival. Owners are responsible for disclosing any history of human or dog-directed aggression during the initial history assessment. We reserve the right to mandate specific safety tools (muzzles, crates) for the safety of the trainer and the public.
