Service Description
This service is for clients who cannot reach us in person, or who need general help with their dogs. We will do our best to point you in the right direction.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Window: We understand that life happens. However, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee or require a $50 rescheduling fee. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us and let us know so we can accommodate your needs. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Punctuality: Sessions are 90 minutes of intensive work. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's slot. Safety & Liability: All dogs must be on a secure leash upon arrival. Owners are responsible for disclosing any history of human or dog-directed aggression during the initial history assessment. We reserve the right to mandate specific safety tools (muzzles, crates) for the safety of the trainer and the public.
