Service Description
This package will take your relationship with your pet to new levels. This is the fundamental pet enrichment course. Implementing real solutions for everyday pet owners. This package will take you and your pet through a series of courses which will establish the best possible environment and relationship for you and your pet. You will learn every step; we will rebuild your relationship from the ground up. These are private one on one sessions where we will take you from the comfort of your home to the park you wanted to walk in with a dog who doesn't pull and respects the space. This course is not designed to bring your dog to CKC Obedience. However, it will build a very strong foundation for further learning.
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Window: We understand that life happens. However, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee or require a $50 rescheduling fee. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us and let us know so we can accommodate your needs. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice will result in the forfeiture of that session from your package. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Punctuality: Sessions are 90 minutes of intensive work. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's slot. Safety & Liability: All dogs must be on a secure leash upon arrival. Owners are responsible for disclosing any history of human or dog-directed aggression during the initial history assessment. We reserve the right to mandate specific safety tools (muzzles, crates) for the safety of the trainer and the public.
